1. Introduction

Welcome to Jockow ("App"), a messaging platform exclusively designed for male users to connect, communicate, and build meaningful relationships in a safe and respectful environment. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Krayknot Labs ("we," "us," "our," or "Krayknot Labs"), the operator of the App. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Jockow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy (available at [Insert Link, if applicable]). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App.

Jockow is committed to fostering a trusted and inclusive community for its users. These Terms are designed to protect both you and Krayknot Labs, ensuring that the App remains a secure and enjoyable platform for all. We are starting the App in Indonesia and Panama, with plans to expand globally, and these Terms reflect our commitment to comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

1.1 Scope of the App

Jockow is a mobile application available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, offering messaging services that allow male users to create profiles, exchange messages, and connect with others based on shared interests. The App emphasizes user trust, respect, and community standards, prohibiting nudity, obscenity, or offensive behavior to maintain a positive user experience.

1.2 Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App, via email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Jockow after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use Jockow, you must be at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Jockow trusts its users to provide accurate information regarding their age and does not require formal age verification documents. However, we reserve the right to request proof of age if we suspect a violation of this requirement.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or access the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.3 Prohibited Users

You may not use Josanctions or embargoes that prohibit your use of the App.

  • You are under 18 years of age.
  • Your use of the App has been previously suspended or terminated by us.
  • You are located in a country or region subject to sanctions or embargoes that prohibit your use of the App.
  • Your use of the App would violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access Jockow’s messaging features, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the App.
  • Maintain the accuracy of your account information by updating it promptly if changes occur.
  • Use your real identity and not impersonate any other person or entity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately at helpdesk@jockow.com if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Take reasonable steps to secure your account, such as using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may maintain only one active account on Jockow. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate interactions, or violate these Terms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

3.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings or by contacting us at helpdesk@jockow.com. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain information.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Community Standards

Jockow is built on trust and respect. We expect all users to engage in a manner that fosters a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. You agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
  • Refrain from any behavior that could be considered harassing,獅discriminatory, or abusive, including but not limited to actions based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms while using the App.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload, share, or transmit content that is nude, obscene, pornographic, or offensive , children or minor media (https://jockow.com/csae.html), including in text, images, or other media.
  • Engage in bullying, stalking, or threatening behavior toward other users.
  • Use the App to solicit, promote, or engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, human trafficking, or drug-related activities.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions, including creating fake profiles or catfishing.
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality, such as by introducing malware, viruses, or engaging in hacking attempts.
  • Collect, harvest, or store personal information about other users without their explicit consent.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App, except as expressly permitted by us.
  • Engage in commercial activities, such as advertising or soliciting goods or services, without our prior written consent.

4.3 Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior or content that violates these Terms, you may report it to us at helpdesk@jockow.com. We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement if necessary.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You may upload photos, profile descriptions, and other details ("User Content") to personalize your Jockow experience. You retain ownership of all User Content you create or upload, subject to the license granted below.

5.2 Content License

By uploading User Content to Jockow, you grant Krayknot Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App. This license includes, but is not limited to:

  • Displaying your profile and messages to other users as part of the App’s functionality.
  • Storing your content on our servers to ensure accessibility.
  • Modifying your content for technical purposes, such as resizing images or formatting text.

This license terminates when you delete your User Content or account, except for content that has been shared with other users (e.g., messages), which may persist as part of their interactions, and any data we are required to retain for legal purposes.

5.3 Content Moderation

All User Content is subject to manual review by our team to ensure compliance with our no-nudity and no-obscenity policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
  • Edit User Content to remove prohibited material while retaining permissible portions, where feasible.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or severe violations.

5.4 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and share your User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5.5 Prohibited Content

In addition to the restrictions outlined in Section 4.2, User Content must not:

  • Contain explicit sexual material, nudity, or graphic violence.

  • Promote hate speech, discrimination, or harm against individuals or groups.
  • Include personal information about others without their consent.
  • Violate any intellectual property rights, such as by uploading copyrighted material without permission.

6. Paid Services

6.1 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Jockow offers optional paid features, such as premium messaging capabilities or enhanced profile visibility, available through the Google and Apple Play Store. All payments are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple Play Store, wherever the app is hosted, and you agree to comply with their terms of service and payment policies.

6.2 Billing and Payments

Paid features may be offered on a one-time, recurring subscription, or other basis, as indicated in the App.

  • You authorize the Google Play Store to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your Google and Apple Play Store account settings.

6.3 No Refunds

All payments for paid services are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the Google and Apple Play Store’s refund policy. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact helpdesk@jockow.com for assistance.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of paid services at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, and we will notify you of significant price changes in advance.

7. Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

Jockow collects and processes personal data to provide its services, including:

  • Account information (e.g., username, email address).
  • User Content (e.g., profile photos, messages).
  • Approximate location data derived from your IP address to offer country-based messaging services tailored to local laws and preferences.

7.2 Privacy Policy

7.3 Compliance with Laws

We strive to comply with data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. 7.4 User Control

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of Jockow, including but not limited to the App’s design, logo, software, and underlying code ("App Content"), are owned by Krayknot Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or App Content.
  • Copy, distribute, or sell any portion of the App without our prior written consent.
  • Use the App for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

8.3 Trademarks

"Jockow" and related logos are trademarks of Krayknot Labs. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

8.4 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Jockow ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, implement, and commercialize your Feedback without compensation to you.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your use of Jockow at any time by deleting your account through the App’s settings or contacting us at helpdesk@jockow.com.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our community standards.
  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
  • We are required to do so by law or to protect the safety of our users or platform.
  • We discontinue the App or any of its features.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App ends immediately.
  • Your account and User Content may be deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
  • Any paid services or subscriptions will cease, with no refunds for unused portions unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Jockow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Your interactions with other users will meet your expectations.
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krayknot Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data.
  • Interactions with other users or third parties through the App.
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the App’s content or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the App in the six months prior to the claim.

10.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, the above disclaimers and limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

Krayknot Labs is here to provide a fun and safe app experience. While we work hard to keep everything smooth, unexpected stuff can happen—like disagreements between users or content that doesn’t follow the vibe.

In such cases, Krayknot Labs may step in to handle things at its own discretion. The team reserves the right to take action if needed to protect the platform and its users, but isn’t automatically responsible for resolving every issue

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If you have an issue, please contact us at helpdesk@jockow.com. We will work with you in good faith to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

12.2 No Formal Mechanism

Jockow does not currently have a formal mechanism for dispute resolution. However, we are committed to addressing user complaints through direct communication via our helpdesk.

12.3 Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the App must be filed within one month after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

     

13. Third-Party Services

13.1 Play Store

Jockow is hosted exclusively on the Google and Apple Play Store (sometimes the app may not be available due to technical or functional reasons), which handles all downloads, updates, and payment transactions. Your use of the Google and Apple Play Store is subject to their terms of service, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from your interactions with the Google and Apple Play Store.

13.2 No Other Third-Party Services

As of the date of these Terms, Jockow does not integrate with any other third-party services ( except those which are mandatory for app functioning ), APIs, or platforms beyond the Google and Apple Play Store.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krayknot Labs regarding your use of Jockow and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless expressly agreed in writing.

14.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or government actions.

14.6 Communication

15. Ads Policy

This Ads Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Jockow. By using the Jockow app, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data (not personal data, limited to application use insights and user experience) as described in this policy. You understand that advertisements may be displayed to you while using the app, and such advertisements may be tailored to your interests based on your behavior, preferences, and personal data.

15.1 Types of Ads

Jockow may display various forms of advertisements within the app, including, but not limited to:

  • Banner Ads: Static or dynamic ads that may appear at the top or bottom of the screen.
  • Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads that appear between activities or during app transitions.
  • Video Ads: Advertisements in the form of video content, which may be rewarded or non-rewarded.
  • Native Ads: Ads that match the look and feel of the app’s content, blending seamlessly with the overall user experience.

15.2 Advertising Partners

Jockow partners with third-party advertising networks and service providers to display ads. These third parties may collect and process certain data about you to deliver personalized advertisements. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information for advertising purposes by these third parties. Common advertising partners may include:

  • Facebook Audience Network
  • InMobi
  • Unity Ads

15.3 Data Collection and Usage

To serve personalized and relevant ads, Jockow and its advertising partners may collect and use the following types of data:

  • Location Data: As of now, the application is not collecting any location data. However, the app takes IP information randomly to provide country-based features.
  • Personal Data: Depending on your consent settings, personal data may be used for targeted advertising purposes. Personal data includes, but is not limited to, your username, preferences, and interests but not your email address.

You can control some aspects of data collection through the app’s settings or by adjusting permissions for the collection of personal data.

15.4 Ads Personalization

Jockow and its advertising partners use cookies, tracking technologies, and behavioral data to personalize ads to your interests. Personalized ads are tailored to your usage patterns, demographics, and behavior within the app. While we strive to show ads that are relevant, we cannot guarantee that all ads will be personally tailored to you.

While you may choose to opt out of personalized ads through your device’s settings, it’s important to understand that doing so will not remove ads from the app. You will still see ads, but they will not be tailored based on your interests.
