Jockow’s Standards Against CSAE
Jockow’s Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
At Jockow, we are committed to fostering a safe and secure environment for all users. Our platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or related harmful behavior, including the presence of minors. These Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) apply to all users, employees, and third-party partners interacting with our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
- Prohibited Content and Behavior: Any content, communication, or activity that involves, depicts, or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes images, videos, text, or any other media.
- Prohibition on Images of Children: Uploading any images containing children is strictly forbidden, regardless of context, to prevent potential misuse, including in one-to-one chats.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Our platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create or maintain profiles.
- Consequences of Violation: Violations, including confirmed reports of minors using the platform, result in immediate account deletion, permanent blocking of the associated email address, prohibition of new account creation with the same email, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Preventive Measures
- Age Restriction Enforcement: While we do not require age proof at registration, we enforce our 18+ policy through user agreements and immediate action on complaints regarding minors.
- Content Moderation: Our platform uses tools, including AI-driven detection and human moderators, to identify and remove CSAE-related content and images of children proactively, including in one-to-one chats where feasible because we don’t store any kind of chat related data on server.
- Profile Monitoring: Profiles reported for sharing prohibited content or suspected of belonging to minors, including in one-to-one chats, are tracked and monitored for potential patterns of misuse.
- User Education: We provide resources and in-app guidance to educate users about our 18+ policy, acceptable content, and reporting mechanisms.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
- Accessible Reporting Tools: Users can report suspected CSAE content, images of children, profiles belonging to minors, or harmful behavior, including images shared in one-to-one chats, directly to our email: helpdesk@jockow.com.
- Handling Deleted Content: While reviewing deleted image attachments in one-to-one chats presents challenges, we prioritize tracking reported profiles and investigating related activity to prevent further violations.
- Confidentiality and Support: Reports are handled confidentially, with clear communication to the reporter about the process and outcome, where permissible.
4. Training and Accountability
- Employee Training: All employees and moderators undergo mandatory training on recognizing and addressing CSAE, identifying images of children, handling reports from one-to-one chats, and enforcing our 18+ policy, with regular updates to maintain high standards.
- Third-Party Oversight: Any third-party partners, including vendors or advertisers, must comply with our CSAE standards and 18+ policy, with regular audits to ensure adherence.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Technology Updates: We continuously enhance our algorithms, moderation tools whether manual or automatic, and profile-tracking systems to address evolving CSAE risks, enforce our no-child-images and 18+ policies, and improve monitoring of one-to-one chat reports.
- User Feedback: We actively seek feedback from users and advocacy groups to improve our policies and practices.
