We collect only the information necessary to operate Jockow (“the App”) effectively, maintain security, and offer core functionality. By using the App, you acknowledge that your use is at your own discretion and risk. Krayknot Labs is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of information resulting from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

• Account details: username, email address, and password.

• User content: photos and messages you exchange with other users.
  Messages are transmitted via SSL encryption. They are not end-to-end encrypted but are stored securely for message delivery and synchronization. Krayknot Labs does not monitor or moderate private communications and is not liable for user-submitted content.
• Support communication: information you provide when contacting support.

3.2 Optional Verification Information

If you choose to verify your account, we may request limited details (e.g., mobile number for OTP, selfie, or government ID). Verification data is used only for authentication and deleted when no longer required. Submission of such information is voluntary, and Krayknot Labs assumes no responsibility for incorrect or falsified verification data provided by users.

3.3 Automatic Data Collection

We may collect limited technical data, such as:

• IP address and approximate location for safety and compliance.
• Usage logs (features accessed, crash reports, app performance metrics).
  We do not collect or store your device model, OS details, or hardware identifiers. This data is used for diagnostics and improvement only.

3.4 Location Data

Location access is optional. If you grant permission, it may be used temporarily to enable features like “Nearby Users.”
Location data may originate from GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP-based signals and is deleted once the feature is no longer active.
You can disable location sharing at any time in device settings.
We do not sell, rent, or retain location data for advertising, and we disclaim any liability for inaccuracies or third-party misuse of location information.

3.5 Non-Personal and Aggregated Data

We may collect anonymized data such as usage patterns or statistical trends to improve the App. This data cannot personally identify you and is processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Krayknot Labs does not share personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or contact details) with advertisers. You may manage or disable ad personalization using your device’s privacy settings.

Even if you opt out of promotional messages, essential service notifications may still be sent.

Krayknot Labs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or consequences of any third-party advertisement, offer, or interaction displayed within the App. All marketing, analytics, and advertising activities are conducted under applicable privacy and data protection laws, but use of the App and engagement with ads are at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or misunderstanding resulting from a user’s interpretation or inaction in response to these communications.

Share only what you are comfortable making public. Krayknot Labs does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, or policies of any third party. 10. Age Restrictions and Liability Disclaimer

Jockow is intended only for individuals aged 18 years and above. Use of the App by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
We do not knowingly collect or process information from minors. If an underage account is identified, it will be permanently deleted.

By using Jockow, users confirm that they meet the age requirement and accept full responsibility for their use of the App. Krayknot Labs and its affiliates assume no liability for any misuse, false representation of age, or resulting consequences.

If you suspect that a minor is using Jockow, please report it to helpdesk@jockow.com for prompt review and removal.

11. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and access-control measures to protect user data.

All encryption and decryption processes occur exclusively on our secure servers. We do not perform any form of encryption or decryption on user devices, nor do we modify, manipulate, or alter data stored on a user’s device. The device remains solely under the user’s ownership and control, and all sensitive data processing is handled strictly within our controlled server environment to maintain consistency, security, and compliance.

All data transfers occur over SSL-secured connections, and access to user information is limited to authorized personnel.

Security systems are periodically reviewed and updated to reduce potential vulnerabilities.

However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that Krayknot Labs shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data loss, or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control. 17. GPS-Based Discovery (Optional Feature)

Use of the GPS-based discovery feature is entirely optional and at the user’s sole discretion.

Enabling this feature allows the app to collect and process approximate location data solely for feature functionality.

Exact location is never displayed to other users.

Location data is retained temporarily (up to 8 hours) and then automatically deleted.

Users may disable the feature at any time in the app settings.

The app and its operator are not responsible for any consequences, misuse, or outcomes resulting from the user’s decision to enable or share location data.

If third-party map or location services are used, they process such data only to provide the feature and are bound by their own privacy and confidentiality terms.

18. User Responsibilities and Disclaimer of Liability

You are solely responsible for your activity within the App. By using the App, you agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential;
• Avoid sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information in public or chat sections;
